A: We calculate the cost based on the amount of work needed to be done for each project. The total cost depends on the number of
procedures performed in the project, the number of supplies, the number of photographs, cinematography to produce video clips,
voice narration and whether a current paper manual is provided or not. The smallest project may cost about $5000.00

A: No. You can start with purchasing DigiProMan® for only one project if you do not have enough funding for the entire department.
By applying DigiProMan®, then, you will save the money for training and retraining staff which in turn will provide funding to
purchase DigiProMan® for your other projects.

Q: We don’t have a procedure manual, do you provide the content?
A: We do not provide a procedure manual if you do not have one. However, we can work with your staff to create a customized
procedure manual.

Q: How does my staff get training on using DigiProMan®?
A: After the final version of DigiProMan® has been approved by your department authorities, we will install DigiProMan® in the
designated computers. There is no training required to operate DigiProMan®. We will be available to answer your questions while
we are at your department or by email.

Q: What if our protocols change, can we do our own updates to DigiProMan®?
A: DigiProMan® is Copyright protected by Digital Orientation Resolutions Inc. Your department is licensed only to use
DigiProMan®. Therefore, any required revisions or updates will be done only by our authorized personnel to protect the integrity of
the program.

Q: What type of notice do we need to give to Digital Orientation Resolutions Inc. to make the updates on our
DigiProMan®?
A: This will be done according to your Maintenance and Update agreement with us. Typically we suggest making minor changes
quarterly and major changes annually. You may email us any required revisions or updates and we will make the changes according
to the maintenance agreement.

Q: Can we have copies on CDs for our staff to take home?
A: Yes. For each rooms, we will provide one copy of DigiProMan® on CD. If you require more copies, there will be a $10.00 charge
per CD plus applicable shipping and handling.

Q: How long would it take to create DigiProMan® for a procedure which has a current paper manual?
A: Depending on the number of involved tools, supplies and the multimedia clips, the completion time may take from 2-4 weeks.
